Installing ROM upgrade Steps: 1. Connect your device to a computer via cradle or cable. 2. Make sure ActiveSync partnership is established and connection is established with 'Connected' sign shown. 3. Execute the ROM upgrade file from the computer. 4. Make sure your device is connected firmly. IMPORTANT: Never interrupt the installation process. The device may become unstable and require service should the installation process be interrupted. 5. Verify you have the CE Image version 4260611 and Radio Image version R060822N_MN1ARC_RS00052 described as follows. 6. Press Upgrade button to begin this ROM upgrade process. 7. Check to see if the installation has been completed without any error messages. 8. Verify the new ROM and Radio versions is as follows by tapping Start > Settings > System tab > System Info. 9. Should the installation process be interrupted or terminated abnormally, you might encounter the following screen on your device. and you may also see the following screen in your PC. When this happens, restart your PC and ensure all other running applications stopped. After that, restart your device and connect the device to your PC with USB cable.
